Q1: Are you a professional manufacturer or a trading company?

A:We are a professional manufacturer with genuine manufacturing facilities.It was established in 2007, for led headligth, we have over 16 years experience. Now, there are over 100 emplyees and 6 production lines, which has its capacity of 8, 000 sets in a day.

Q2: Where can I place a bulk order for LuxFighter products?

Q3:How about Warranty?

A: All our products will have 24 months warranty from the delivery date. Within the warranty, please send us the video or pics as well the barcode, we will replace a new one and ship the replacement with your new order shipment.

Q4:Do we support OEM and ODM projects?

A:We accept OEM ODM, MOQ 500 sets. We have our TOP technicians for led lights, can customize the right model according to your requirement.

Q5:Can I become a local distributor or agent of LuxFighter?

Q6:Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, 100% Testing: each piece of LED bulbs will be lights up for 5 times in different positions during production, our QC have checked and make sure every piece are working in good conditions before packing.

Q7. Is your LED light polar less?

A:Yes, most of our Led headlights are Non polarity. All of our products has Short circuit protection, when the end user put the wrong wire connected to our LED bulbs, it will not hurt the Led bulbs. The LED will be lighted on after they re-connect the wire.

Q8:Do you provide LED headlights for most car models?

A:Yes, Our products are compatible with most vehicle models available on the market.

Q9:What products does your company produce?

A:We manufacture automotive LED headlights, fog lights, and auxiliary lights (including turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights), as well as motorcycle lamps and underwater boat lights.

Q10:What certifications do your lighting products have?

A:Our product is compliant with NHTSA regulations, Meets safety and compliance testing requirements.Most of our led headlights passed CE and FCC test, We can provide the certificate on your request.

Q11:Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A:Our purpose is to let our business partners have no risky for business with us. So we don’t have MOQ for sample checking. For OEM orders our MOQ: 1000/ color box design. ODM orders: 5000sets / tooling.

Q12:How about your delivery time?

A: Factory Standard (Exporting) default packing design: delivery will be within 1 week.OEM orders: delivery within 21 days after all OEM requirements final confirmed.

Q13:How about the CANBUS and flash?

A: Most of the cars are ok to install headlight and no flash/flick as we fix decoder IC in our lights. If some brand cars appear error and flash when installed, do not hesitate to contact us if need.

A:1.Our factory has passed TUV TSI 16949 we have very professional quality control system for production management.
2.Raw material: high class aluminum, silent and high speed fan, and customized led chip
3.Production process: automatic machine for led chip soldering, more accurate to keep stable performance; trembling and age testing for each bulb before shipment.

Q15: Does the led bulb can work in high temperature environment?

A:Yes, all our led bulbs are passed 90℃ high temperature test for 3000-5000 hours. On the other hand, it also passes the low temperature under -20℃ .So it works well in the hot weather.

Q16.What payment terms do you offer for B2B buyers?

A: We have 3 payment terms workable:
1.TT: 30% as deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipping.
2.Alibaba on line payment: You can send the payment by our paylink on alibaba website to our A/C.
3.L/C at sight

Q17:What should I do if products have quality issues?

A: We provide 12 months warranty period from the date of the purchase. If appear any quality problem, just show the pictures or videos for providing it's broken and the series Number of bulbs or wire, then we will analyze the reason and you'll get the new free replacement or better solution.

Q19: How long does it take time to produce?

A: We have 6 Production lines, our supply ability is about 8000 sets/ day. We can provide high-efficiency operation and production, 1-3 working days are possible to finish your order if raw materials are in stock.All depends on your qty and models.

Q20.LED One side could not work?

A:1.please reconnect the plug (shift the wire connect) of the bulb and try again
2.please exchange the bulbs from side to side and see if the problem could solve
3.Please make sure the connection and fuse
4.If still could not work, please contact our customer service team, we will get back to you within 24 working hours.
